Joints can be cut out with a minimum amount of dust. There is virtually no likelihood whatsoever of damaging neighbouring tiles. Remove the old tile adhesive with the carbide rasp or with the blade of the stopping knife. Diamond or carbide tools are also perfect for interior fittings to make grooves for cable ducts, e.g. in plaster, pumice or aerated concrete stone.
