Sack Truck - Stair Climber

The Star Wheel Sack Truck is frequently referred to as a stair climbing sack truck, the Star Wheel Truck has been designed to aid the mounting of kerbs, doorsteps and stairs, if used on a staircase it is safer if two people operate it. The outer wheel revolves on a centre axle allowing the smaller wheels around the outside to roll on to progressive stair risers, this ensures a smoother ride for the load up the stair. The safe working load on this truck is only 40kg as the effort required to pull the truck up, or more importantly hold it on the way down, would be too much for a man to safely handle, if it were any higher. The carrying capacity on level ground is greater.
